At Extreme®, we pride ourselves in our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason, you can arrange a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and it is also important that you contact our customer support first at: info@extreme-spec.co.uk to generate an RMA. The returned item(s) must be sent back in its original packaging and in the same new condition as when it was sold, including all packaging, parts and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the products, to the original payment method.

WARRANTY

Extreme® warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Extreme® or an authorised reseller. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of retail purchase for a period of 1 year. In the case of a covered warranty defect, Extreme® will at its option: (A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product.
